Recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Outback (which I love), and worked with Dakota who was a pleasure to work with. I didn't feel the "hard sell" pressure you usually get when you go to a car dealership, which I dread. Although he was new to the Subaru family, he took the initiative to quickly find out questions about the car he was not sure about. Even when the sales manager, George, came to help him out, he was there to answer our questions and let Dakota continue working with us, which we really appreciate. There's nothing worse than feeling like you're getting ganged up on.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the wait in financing. We were told that they had several deals come in at the same time, so we were in financing for about 2 hours, most of that spent waiting to speak with finance guy, Jim, but when we finally got to meet with him. It went smoothly. Just wish that someone would've given us periodic updates rather than just have us waiting wondering if we were forgotten. Aside from that, they were easy to work with and greatly appreciate that they didn't make us feel like we couldn't leave the lot without fending them off.
