Bank of America Financial Center at 5701 38th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, Florida.

The most worst bank ever.always problem with them always it's line of people to the teller when you go,the customer service it's bad,and of course the manager walks around or just seat down and doing nothing,I will change the banking to another one,but it's said when you see employees like that with no sense of emergency and don't know what they doing.
I guess most of the employees are Spanish ,Of course because the manager it's Spanish
I was yesterday to deposit a large amount of money @3 pm and they said the person who suppose to do it ,its busy .So I left and trying to call today since 9 am 5 times and no one was picking up .
I came today at 3:45 and waited again and after wile a employee came a Spanish one the same one from yesterday, and she told me that both of the Coustomer service are busy
I can make appointment or come back other time..
Wow I can't believe,what kind of Coustomer service is that .Unbelievable they were more worried going home ,or who can go first as they talking to each other loud with the black lady in charge today
So unprofessional never see this before to other bank..It's crazy to see this bank going down dirty the floor was disgusting,was a lot of leafs from the tree yesterday inside to the chair s, and was still there today,and also a black man sleeping on the chair s What in word it's going one.Is this a. A day care or a shelter .Never see this bank to this level before but it's been couple years,that it's getting worse.employees are so slow and unprofessional,too busy taking no one care After a wile the Esmeralda did such a good job,so polite.They need more people like her to move this bank to the high standards where it is suppose to be.
