I am so glad I have found BURN some 4 months ago: Jeff and Lisa are results oriented, provide a wealth of information and design a program suited for your own goals. In my case shedding body fat before building muscles. I am very pleased with my results that we are achieving in a healthy, sustainable way. I went from seeing the gym as a necessary evil (and losing my motivation after 2 weeks of using my membership) to waking up with anticipation on my training days. That says a lot about how efficient and a great team Lisa and Jeff make.
