This might be a great company but the way they treat employees is a major problem. First off changing schedules every two weeks is not a very good thing. As a parent one has to change daycare hours every 2 weeks because of this. Also coming from NY days like Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, thanksgiving, Christmas etc. these Day were always paid by every company I worked for. Here in Florida at Conifer they use ur PTO for them days when the company again should be paying for them days. At this rate using PTO for those days off will never get anyone new to an official 40 hrs of PTO for a vacation. To think a multimillion dollar company cant do this for their employees is simply mind boggling. Yes the staff is great but corporate needs to really step up and stop taking advantage of some of the greatest workers they have. Why do you think people are always quitting because you treat them as high school kids instead of treating them as young corporate adults.
