So this place leaves a lot to be desired.

The guy at the register took my money for a deposit, but ended up taking the full amount off the bat. That said, he told me that once my battery came in it would take an hour.

Well, once the battery came in it was going to take several hours. Because of this I opted to go to the Largo location. However, they're owned by different people and it was a huge ordeal to get my battery replaced.

I'm sure this store does good work, but the customer service is really lacking. Try the Largo location which is owned by a different dude and seems to have its act together when compared to this place.
