John was patient to show and have me try on numerous frames, pointing out various features, until I settled on a pair of polarized Ray Bans with glass lenses. Thank you John! It reminded me of being 16 and getting prescription glasses and feeling like I could truly see for the first time. Polarization makes a difference - I would not have cared if it wasn't for the hidden parrot. And even though I had lasik, views have been perpetually obstructed by scratches since I can never be too careful. Wish someone pointed out glass lenses before. Overall, a most pleasant shopping experience. Thank you John for your truly exceptional service!
